Based on more wibbly-wobbly liquid thoughts I had for a play between me and my friend.
Idea was for Victor to have a costumed budget grade supervillain alias, more for show kind of deal as he commits petty crimes (some more loud than others). He'd put on a more camp persona, something you'd see in a comic book from 30's to 60's with a voice changer set on the helmet, eyes glowing up as he talked. The things on his gloves is supposed to have a electric current, working as a taser as he clenched his fist.
