Personality
She has split personality. Normaly she is just little shy but when her personality chages she become lust-hungry beast.

On one side she likes reading books, on the other side she loves swimming and sea life.
Background/History
Classic "casting a spell goes wrong" story type. One time she found an old spell book in the library, where she works. Ocean was curious what kind of spells there are. When she tried to cast one, she misread a word and ended up with split personality.
