Angela cross (ratchet and clank series)
-Primes watcher, its her job to keep track of him and ensure his safety on missions. She's in love with him, but it seems Prime is in love with Amy Rose. maybe she'll get together with Kenji ;)

Tikal (sonic series)
-A childhood friend of Primes who is freed from the master emerald. She decides to live with him and Buu and Cream, hoping to rekindle his memories about her
(Prime doesnt age past his 20's, he's over 1000 years old)

Trispen
-A mercenary for hire who encounters Prime in a mission. he gets arrested but later escapes to the "Savage dragon" universe where he becomes the lover of Horridus and a surrogate father to her daughter. Not really evil but not really a hero either, he pops up from time to time

Reggie
-Leader of the dimension police and Prime's grandfather. he's very cold and obsessed with killing Chronic the ultimate evil. He pushes Prime to his fighting limits many times to make him strong enough to kill Chronic.
