I'm tired and already getting sick from comparing my character with Jay Naylor's Fisk. This is a COINCIDENCE that they have the same names, and they both are tuxedo cats! I repeat last time: I came up with my Fisk when I did not even know what "furry" is!

P.S.: I know a few people who also own a tuxedo cat character, but I'm not commenting under every their submission "oh, you STOLE him because he looks 30% like mine!!!"
P.P.S: Jay Naylor allowed me to use his Fisk's style for this strip

I honestly never even made a conection between the two.

I've seen so many characters that look like others. It fuckin happens.

every great artist will always receive positive and negative criticism, but the most important thing is that you don't let someone influence your art by forcing you to think differently.
It is your opinion that counts, nothing else, not other people, only you define yourself as you are.

It's sad to see people cry plagiarism, just because of a few 'generic' details that look the same, same breed and fur type.

People shouldn't dwell on the similarities, but rather on the differences.

Honestly, I saw the similarities, but it never bothered me. Your work of Fisk in art style and storytelling is better than Naylor’s, in my opinion.

I had noticed but never thought to make it to be a big deal. It's hard to have unique characters sometimes. One could think it's completely unique only to find out that someone had a similar idea too. It's all good in my opinion.
