Considering that I was drawing a lot of Pink Panther and Sons OCs that have fighting skills and such, I figured I'd take the one PP&S characters that actually DOES have some skills at fighting and draw some poses of him. Rocko, who was voiced by Frank Welker (who also voiced Finko on the show) and dons a Brooklyn accent and was probably referencing Rocky from the movie series that came out a few years before the show. I drew him in similar poses that Little Mac from Punch Out was marketed in the promotional art for Smash Bros. If I had to give him a profile for my series, it'd probably go like this.
Rocko is a 13 year old panther who hailed from Brooklyn New York hence why he developed an accent from some of the people and his father. His passion is of boxing just like his father used to partake in as well as his living legend Maxwell Johnson, known by his ring name, Max Force. He trains himself to become a good boxer with the help of his father. He may come off as a feisty fighter showing off his skills when he is challenged, but can be a bit intimidated by someone who comes off more threatening than him and he cowards a bit. He will though be there for his friends no matter the consequences and lend a helping glove whatever the situation.

His clothing consists of his boxing shorts, boots, sleeveless shirt an boxing gloves which he will take off from time to time, but keeps them on if he even finds himself face to face with a threat if it ever comes about.
