It seems, from talking to other MLP fans, that coming up with city/country/place puns for this setting is hard. You seem to be a natural, but perhaps being Spanish makes you good at those names (good = awesome in this case)

Not sure how much steampunk stuff you've seen, but a common theme is gears everywhere. Gears on glasses, on gloves, on boots, on clothing, wherever. The only odd spot I like them is jewelry, unless they turn: if the gears on your hat actually turn, you've got a pass - there's no telling what kind of device could be under there.
