Back in March one of the telegram groups I'm in did a little Halloween themed art trade event. Why Halloween themed? Why not? XD (Also, it's all MFM peeps and the con's theme for the upcoming con is Halloween so we're all a bit excited about it, lol.) The character usually wears a black and white shirt with a fish wearing a crown on it, so I figured why not dress her up as a skeletal mermaid princess?
I had a lot of fun with this picture. I tried to push myself a little with angle and background and such. It was also a good excuse to practice doing strong light lines or whatever they're called. I haven't attempted it in a long time. Though I do regret the decision to draw a couch because that was a nightmare, lol. Just means more practice is in order, I guess.
