What's a Birthday without cake? Well Nanous the ever so thoughtful femboi wolf decided to make a cake for Aliya. Sadly(?), Mistress Aliya didn't know she would have to wear some fetish wear in orde to recieve it, nor did she know she would need to wear a gag with a long breathing tube. When the time comes for Mistress Aliya is about to blow out the candles, Nanous decides to place his thumb over at the breathing tube, stopping the birthday girl from making her wish! I wonder what she is going to wish for?
I really enjoyed making this, has been a long time since I have made a gift for a friend and Toon has been a lovely friend and deserves to have something for their big day! Please send them a "Happy Birthday"!
