meet Carmelita chow, or chowlletta if you want it all to just end, she can be found at many bars on her hunger trips, she may ask for the menu but she already knows who's on it.

she's an half dragon half insect like alien creature with the hunger to consume entire towns, and the allure to lead them all to her.
if she has her gaze upon you, it's dinner time.
she can open up her coiling tail mouth to trap and devour her victims(very inspired by cell from dbz) and extend it a terrifyingly large distance to "give chase" if a meal decides to be difficult.
from inside her tail she can send out her tendrils to further entrap more feisty meals.
Personality
a very femme-fatal type of personality, acts very "high class" and polite to everyone, even her currently being eaten "meals"

she likes going to bars to "hunt" down her next meal, scouting out for people she finds alluring and figuring out a way tu lure them to a secluded spot.
she dosen't like getting interrupted.

carmelita is a very well off heiress to her parents giant mega-corp generic backstory company, giving her the funds and luxury of going all over the universe to different high class hotels and bars toindulde in her "meals" of appatizingly looking men or women, which also gives her the funds to cause some local messes in the underground scenes to make the dissapearences she leaves behind seem unrelated to her
