First I highly recommend the FiM parody series on Youtube, Friendship is Witchcraft, by Sherclop Pones. (Oops, "Cute from the Hip" is episode 4) In it, Diamond Tiara makes the above comment on Twist revealing her new Cutie Mark to Applebloom, referring both to Twist herself & to the turn in the story structure. (yes, I like silly puns!) "The Twist" is also a song from I think the 1960s by Chubby Checker, & a hip-shaking dance connected to it. Thus, 'doing the Twist' could mean dancing, or for the naughty of us it could mean... =~_^= (Chubby Checker was a couple decades before my time, but the pun work`s)

I forgot to mention, there's a fairly good reason for the "interesting plot, Twist" line to fit here, though a bit of a stretch: not only is it about Twist, 'plot' can also mean a kind of drawing (albeit usually about technical subjects eg engineering designs), so this is in fact a nice, & interesting, plot of Twist! =^_^=

Well, Twitht may not be my ultimate all-time fave pony, but I do relate to her glasses, awkwardness, thpeech impedimenth (albeit stuttering in my case), & getting picked on as a little one! I bet I'm not the only one who'd appreciate a pic of Twist tail! As for Sweetie-butt, yes there is "Fabric Discomfiture", but another rear-view of her would be welcum I'm sure! =^,.,^=
