Sometimes more is said when no words are spoken.

Zen held on to that small hope that they could still be together if TiNi got the help he needed. Just to be shot down completely. He gave so much, and got nothing in return. Not even a thank you.

And considering Zen didn't say a word to this, to any of it, I can't help but think this might've been the straw that broke his back.

It's better for Zen in the long run that TiNi made things clear, rather than unintentionally stringing him along forever.

I was really apprehensive about the direction of the comic before TiNi got help, but I really love what has happened after he got help. I'm glad I have stuck around and kept watching the comic.
