More of a quick (ish) practice/study sheet this time.
I recently learned that I was misinterpriting Lopunny's eyes for years and I'm pretty confident I'm not the only one. The discovery motivated me to draw this little sheet thing up. The more you know, eh? I feel like I had more of an excuse when the 3DS games were still 'current'. With the newer games on the Switch, it should have been a lot more obvious, but I still missed it until a couple of days ago.
Black sclera are cool though, so I'll be keeping that when I draw them. But I won't be missing the added eye markings any more either.
There are some lessons here about small details hiding in plain sight, how you're never really 'done' learning things and how a detail can be misinterprited and end up being the prevailing way something gets drawn even when it wasn't part of the original design.
