Yeah, the thing with big groups like this and a long campaign is that eventually some people will leave. We've had these characters for very long and we are too emotionally invested in them so I don't think we'll make new ones for a long while unless we start another campaign.

Nah, never leave anyone behind. My groups just have an issue with adding more in. They want to try out some new one and bring them in to the group and then another one and at some point I end up having to draw the line at something like ‘okay, everyone has a limit of three characters and one NOC Cohort of your own design, and now we have to run things like it’s an RPG Party Selection screen!’ gotta pick who’s going on each quest now. XD
