When aura was a small child she had gotten lost in the mountains. At her young age she had not fully gained the warm fur needed to withstand the harsh bite of winter. Luckilly for her, Polara happened to be close by. Listening for Aura's cries for her father, Polara quickly approached her. Aura was scared at first, but once Polara made it clear she meant no harm and offered to save her from the storm she complied. Polara sheltered her in her lair for the 22 hours that it lasted, once the storm passed, Polara took her back to her village, leaving her where her father could find her. Now Aura's a woman who can explore the most dangerous climates and wither some of the coldest of weather and just so happen to be running into Polara. same day, same spot. :>
