Jojo's mentor and sort of foster mother. she found him stealing food and offered to help him. She knows she looks scary for a toon and plays into it a bit, but at the end of the day she's real nice. she has one rule, no matter who comes into her restaurant she feeds them, even if there homeless or have very little money.
She's killed with a DIP laced bullet from a gangster while trying to save Jojo, when she dies she gives her entire restaurant to him.Jojo adopts her one rule, to feed anyone who is hungry no matter who.
