After much time passes, the month of growing comes to an end. Through the viewer support, Amy's magic, and the power of the Master Emerald itself added to the equation, we now have three giantesses watching over the planet. Tikal now stands on top of the Earth, nearly matching the diameter of the planet itself as she revels in her new size.

Congratulating her is Amy, who is now so big that the planet itself fits in her hand, around the size of Saturn. She never did find Sonic, but she knows now that no matter where he goes, he'll be seeing her gaze of admiration as she watches over him.

But then there's the star of the growth drive. Young Cream the Rabbit, whose growth was the catalyst behind it all. Tikal is big, Amy is huge, but compared to Cream, they're practically microscopic. Every inch she gained filled her with glee, and even now she hopes she's still growing even bigger. Naturally, she will. She's only 6 years old after all and has years of growth ahead of her.

Now the little bunny is so utterly massive, that even the Sun doesn't match her enormity. On the planet below, everyone awes at the sight of Cream and her smaller giantess friends. Tails, in particular, is now wholly in love and aims to find a way to properly communicate with Cream, and will dedicate his life to caring for her no matter how big she gets.

As for Vanilla, she couldn't be prouder of her little girl. Every mother wants to help their daughter grow up big and strong...and now Cream is BIGGER and STRONGER than any known being in the galaxy. Now Vanilla will work with Tails to still take care of her as she grows ever larger.

Cream's continued growth, after all, is inevitable. And she can't wait.

Finally, as promised, I created a conclusion for Cream's Macro March. I realize that the final sizes far exceeds what the drive would have granted, but after all this time I figured you all deserved a treat, and so did our giantesses. Feel free to congratulate them in the comments!
