I love that this picture has enough detail to be interpreted in a few different ways. The spoopy, little guys could be creatures that she is conjuring, they could be something that she is protecting herself from, they could be nearby watchers as she calls forth something else entirely. It's 100% up to your imagination. Although Aria is a sweetie, her magic is tainted by dark forces. So most of her abilities range from a little spoopy to things that anger creatures from the heavens and such.
