That would make no sense given the relationship they've shown in the show. Dash barely acknowledges her existence, while Scoots idolizes her. But I'm sure that they'd get along so well if they were but given the chance. Maybe Scoots would get tickled so much! :D

Again, I can totally see Dash developing a surrogate relationship with Scoots, she just needs to be given the opportunity to bond with her in a non-'fan chasing her idol' environment, for once. That's what I think; there are many ways to show affection, and not any of them is more right or wrong than the other. They'd never get bored together, that's for sure!
