Loving the story so far. Though I can't help but think Zen told her what happened beforehand and urged her to at least hear him out in the off chance he got help and came home to apologize. If he was sincere, she would consider forgiveness. She's outside now, so she's considering it.
But maybe she won't forgive him fully until he apologizes to Zen though since they are still friends.
