She suffered from a debilitating childhood illness and Dr Albert Castorey offered a treatment for it, but that was a pretext to create a modified soldier from it, and now she's a renegade knight.

She lives in a world where the legends of medieval Europe exist in the middle of the contemporary age. There exists a task force known as knights.
