As the weeks passed, Cream's growth slowed slightly but never actually stopped. The 6-year old girl continued shooting up and up and up, her vantage point changing every single day. Anyone who wasn't used to flying - which fortunately she was - likely would suffer from vertigo with how high up she was growing. And yet, despite this, Cream wanted nothing more than to keep growing and growing. Fortunately for her, there seemed to be no sign that she was going to stop anytime soon. Sure, it wasn't as fast as it had been that first day she made her intention to grow into a giantess, but it was still going steady.
Soon 6 feet was left behind, then 7 feet, and 8 feet. Vanilla was already a competent seamstress but due to her daughter's evergrowing clothing needs, she became a master at it in no time. Which was good, because caring for a 10-foot tall girl wasn't cheap. With a little help from Tails though, Vanilla was able to set up her own little business taking care of other people's clothing making and repair needs, and soon enough her business grew as fast as Cream did. Within weeks, Vanilla had accumulated enough capital that finances wouldn't be an issue, which meant Cream could keep growing bigger to her not-so-little heart's content with nary a thought of any negative consequences.
It did become a challenge to keep finding space for her though. Cream didn't mind, she took it as a puzzle, finding a new place for her to fit and sleep. She'd already nearly outgrown the biggest bed they could find, soon Tails would have to make a custom-made one that would extend out as Cream needed...and that also went for her own personal house next to Vanilla's house, as Vanilla foresaw that soon Cream wouldn't be able to navigate a home meant for normal-sized Mobians. Sure, it was a challenge, but it was one they took in stride. Cream's joy over outgrowing all of her friends was just too pure to not smile at.
Soon Halloween rolled around, and Cream expressed her desire to go trick-or-treating with her friends. Of course, Vanilla was more than happy to oblige her little girl. She even went ahead and designed costumes for Tails (a pilot), Amy (a witch), and even Cheese got a cute little classic Robotnik costume, complete with fake mustache. As for Cream though, Cream wanted something that reflected her growth, something that would let her play scary...and so, Vanilla put together a huge onesie of a t-rex, complete with hood that looked like a mouth. When Cream tried it on for the first time, she stomped around outdoors, playfully roaring and chasing Cheese around the backyard. Apparently, she loved it.
When the night came, Tails and Amy arrived wearing their costumes, and together with Cream and Cheese, they made their way around the neighborhoods of Mobius. While Tails and Amy had their own little baskets for their candy, Cream had a massive burlap sack that was more fitting of her size. Not everyone on Mobius was aware of the growing 6-year old, so when she arrived and said trick or treat, a lot of people freaked out and basically gave her almost all of their candy right there on the spot. Sure, Cream felt bad at first, but when Tails explained that just meant her costume was really scary since she was so big, which meant it was really good, she felt better and even threw in a couple of roars here and there. Without a doubt, by the time the night was over, it'd been their most profitable trick-or-treat ever.
"I can't believe how much candy we got this year!" Amy exclaimed as they made their way back to Cream's house to make inventory on their bounty. "If this is how it's going to be from now on, I hope Cream never stops growing! Just think how much we'll get if she's even bigger next year!"
"Chao chao chao!"
"Gotta say, it's impressive. Even my patented chocolate-only trick-or-treating chart wouldn't have gotten as much as we did tonight. Way to go Cream!"
The 10-foot tall girl giggled bashfully. "Thank you Tails, you too Amy! I hope I keep growing too! This has been so amazing!"
"Even if you need to find a new place to sleep every couple of weeks?" Amy asked.
"Oh that's okay, I don't mind! It just shows how big I'm getting! And I wanna keep getting bigger...and bigger...and bigger!" Finally they made it to Cream's house, where Vanilla was waiting for them with a smile on her face. "Hi Mommy!"
"Hello Cream," She said as she looked up at her daughter. "How was trick-or-treating?"
Cream grinned. "Let me show you!" She flipped her bag upside-down, and an avalanche of candy of every kind flowed out, nearly as tall as Vanilla herself. "I hope everyone's ready to help me eat all of this! I may be a growing girl, but this is too much sugar even for me! At least...for now."
