Two weeks after the big blowout in Tails's workshop, the fox boy had finally managed to repair and rebuild everything that had been destroyed as a result of Cream and Amy's out of control breast growth adventure. By the time he was finished, Tails was about ready to collapse. So Cream, being the sweetheart she was, offered to take him somewhere to relax and take a load off, although she refused to tell him where they were going. The only details she was willing to give were that he needed to meet her at her house in about an hour, and that he was in for a big surprise.
Tails was all too eager to go along with it. Usually when Cream had a surprise, it was a sexy one. He hurried over to her house, knocked on her door at exactly the appointed time...and moments later, Cream answered the door, and he gulped as he took in the vision in front of him.

No matter how many times he saw her, the twin-tailed fox couldn't stop being absolutely gobsmacked by just how stunningly gorgeous the young woman was. Her breasts had grown so much in just two weeks, he briefly wondered if Cream opted to use the ray after all, but then he remembered that Amy took the prototype, and he still had the second version in his lab. So, these tightly hugged breasts, which had somehow grown bigger than Vanilla's, were all-natural, just the way Cream liked them.
