Phew, this artwork was hard to make! It took me a lot of time to make everything you seek but I love the result in the end.
This "post-apocalyptic cyberpunk" idea was stuck in my mind for a long while, but never had the courage to attempt it, due to how complex it seems to be. I started doing a base for the surgery table and for my 2 girls and, after that, a base for the rest. Everyday I added something and I focused a lot on tiny details, expecially those around the surgery table.
I changed my way on making lighting. Normally I use spray tool only but, this time, I have used a mix of brush and blender as much as the spray tool. The result is a light ray which looses its intensity as much as it is distant from the light source.
