An idea that was inspired by @PurpleCyanBlack on Twitter in one of my threads the other day. Penelope's reading a book, and I've taken way too much time into this. It's so close to show's style, and this is just in GIMP! In all fairness, I love how this came out! :D

Edit:
Fixed an issue where it looked like she was looking at her feet, signalling some people it was a foot fetish drawing when it wasn't. She was reading herself a book. So, I went back and drew her reading a book this time. What's she reading about is anyone's guess, but my guess here is that she's reading about astrology.
