Depending on how much realism you want in your Pokemon, it's just a minuature sonic boom like a whip crack. The sudden displacement and replacement of air that was there that is no longer there, whatever. Zip. Pop. All variations of the same thing, air displacement :).

There is an atmosphere in which the Kirlia would be interacting with during transportation. This means matter is already there to change or move around, rather than having to create matter entirely. With teleportation, all matter is accounted for. It's likely that the matter that is replaced by Kirlia is teleported to where they initially teleported from, rather than it being pushed around in order to accommodate the new matter in their final position. In other words, Mk=matter of Kirlia, Ma=matter of the final destination's environment; so Mko = Xo (before teleportation), Mk = X (final destination); Mao = X, Ma = Xo. Therefor, based on your given example, there would be no noise, or very little noise, upon teleportation, as all matter has been accounted for rather than matter trying to occupy the same space. However, depending on how teleportation by Psychics in this world works, some of the energy could be lost as heat in the teleportation process.
