Wait...that confuses me. Does twink Jake do at least a moderate amount of training? If an average, untrained physical dragon is as strong as a human adult, then either twink Jake must train or magic dragons must be extremely physically weak in order for punk Spyro to be "easily overpowered" by Jake.

i was just saying that being physical type dragons dont particularly mean they will be *stronk*, but, all 3 jakes do have martial arts training, however, only buff trains regularly, meaning that, yes, the other two are stronger than their respective spyro's, but not *that* much stronger, as in buff's case

Per Our Host, the Long are "physical dragons", which means all three of these dudes have punch. Any of them is stronger than their Spyro bois. How strong that makes them in terms of pounds-lifted, though, I don't know.
