it is an multi-layer suit, the outer layer is made of a special hardened latex that causes the suit to be difficult move around in, the inner layer is a soft cushiony layer wich protects the wearer from hitting an hard edges of the outer layer when moving around.
due to the hunched over position the wearer has to be in the suit is difficult to get out of since the zip is on the back of the suit.
