Banished from his world for his dark and tyrannic campaigns, he came to this world rule and mutated the world into his own. Allying himself with the Foot Clan Kranng Sentry made a promise to let them rule by his side when the day of ends will come. Luckily the turtles learned of his true plans and declared war on Kranng.
