Favorite, it'd be 2 and 4, considering one is going for the muscular aesthetic. 1 I wouldn't really call muscular but i also like it. 5 and 6 the proportion of head to shoulders is very awkward. It's not like it doesn't happen but it's still awkward when it does. There's SOMETHING about 3 that's hitting uncanny valley for me I couldn't tell you why.
