Another entry in YouKnowThatPup’s Padded Cutie Tournament. This round was “Noelle vs Minnie”. I honestly believed Minnie would win this round in a snap, but to my surprise, Noelle came out on top, which made me look silly when I made this piece for Noelle to try and bolster her numbers when she didn’t need it.

I haven’t played Deltarune, so I don’t know if it has status affects and such, but that’s what I went for with this here pic.
