I am on her side, considering how Ken Penders basically lied to Sega about Ben Hurst's attempt at a SatAM reboot. Also, he only backstabbed Ben because he wanted to do a SatAm movie himself (which also got cancelled).

That is true. Even I don't know if it's true or not, but it is tried to the leaked Sonic Armageddon pitch and promo art (Sonic Armageddon being Ken Penders' idea of a SatAm movie, and let me tell you, some of it can be dark).
