Damo the Buizel and Tobe the Meowth felt like they had already been tormented for hours. They hadn’t, in fact it had only been a few seconds, but both of the boys almost immediately became ticklish wrecks at the first contact of their Weavile tormentor’s pinwheel. With a wide smirk permanently across his face, the torturer rapidly ran the pinwheel across Damo and Tobe in alternate swipes, not giving them any kind of wait and ensuring that both boys’ giggles erupted simultaneously. Tobe, who had previously been a very smug and confident Meowth, found himself helplessly submissive and distressed at the vulnerability of his feet. It wasn’t very often he was barefoot around others, especially not in such torturous circumstances. He had hoped to remain dominant over Damo, but now they were both equals, suffering the most devious kind of tickle torture at the hands of Ern, the sadist Weavile. If the feeling of the pinwheel wasn’t bad enough, the pair also had to contend with the immensely annoying voice of Terry, the criminal Scorbunny, who watched on and seemingly never shut up.

‘Oh yeah, get ‘em good, Ern! Make ‘em squeal! Make ‘em pay!’

‘What does it look like I’m doin? Look, the Buizel is already cryin’!’ Ern responded, pointing out the face of his younger captive. The glasses-clad Buizel wasn’t able to put much effort into remaining resilient, the pinwheel being so much worse than the one he had been teased with the previous day. Maybe it was the tool itself, maybe it was the more twisted sadism of the Weavile, but that pinwheel was working over the soft Buizel soles more than the poor boy had ever thought possible. It pressed in firmly, rolling fast and rough from just beneath his toes to his heels. Even the brief respite when the wheel went over to Tobe wasn’t enough for Damo to catch his breath, his tears of laughter already streaming down his face.

Tobe was a little more able to control his reaction, but as he felt the all-too-familiar feeling of Ern’s pinwheel against his bare feet, he couldn’t help but worry for the sanity of his companion. He knew by now that the Buizel was totally soft and sensitive, and he also had to contend with the guilt of knowing that he got him involved in this situation.

‘Ahaha..E-Ern! Terry! Tihihickle me all you want, but...but l-leahahave hihim alone!!’ Tobe shouted between giggly squeals, hoping that he could arrange some semblance of mercy for the Buizel. ‘He’s innohohohocent! It’s me you wahahant!’

‘Ooh, innocent? Even better, hehe!’ Ern replied, briefly pausing the pinwheel action. ‘You hear that, little Bui? Your friend here wants me to leave you alone…’

‘Th-th….thahank you...Tobe…’ Damo spoke as he desperately caught his breath, ‘B-but I don’t want to leave you here…’

`This is my fault, it wasn’t supposed to end up like this...  I don’t want you harmed!’ Tobe replied. The care he was showing for Damo made the Buizel lightly blush, flattered by how friendly the Meowth had become to him. He made an attempt to respond back.

‘T-Tobe...that’s not important right now, I’m not leaving you!' Damo smiled anxiously, 'I...I…’

‘Woah hold on, excuse you!’ Terry interrupted, the loud bunny spoiling Damo’s attempt to return the affection. ‘Hate to ruin the power of friendship and all that crap, but neither of us gave you a choice in the matter! If our kitty Tobe here doesn’t like the sound of his Buizel friend squealing, maybe we should treat him to a show, hmm? Get the wheel rolling on that otter’s feet and don’t stop for a single second. Make him scream into his friend’s ears…’

‘Aaah! Nonononono…’ Damo shouted, unable to offer any resistance beyond whining as the Weavile approached him. Tobe attempted to fight on his behalf, but of course, his guilty distress was exactly what the torturers were looking for.

‘No! Leave him alone! He can’t take it!’

‘Pfft, I know that.’ Ern replied, not even looking over at the Meowth as he pressed his cold metal pinwheel firmly into Damo’s soles and began to roll up and down. Up and down, up and down, over and over again. To say that it was a nightmare for the Bui would be an understatement. Almost immediately, his loud, echoing squeals and whines returned, his pudgy toes writhing and wriggling all over as his bare soles were tortured by the evil tool.

Tobe was emotionally conflicted. He didn't want to be responsible for such abuse, but he couldn't stop himself from being excited by the adorable sounds of his companion's treatment. Damo sounded adorable enough in the Meowth's dungeon, and now his giggly squeals were amplified tenfold. The noises, mixed with the sight of his cute toes wriggling all around, gave Tobe a very guilty blush.

Luckily, Damo wasn't capable of noticing such things. He had much worse to worry about. Each stroke of the pinwheel against his vulnerable pawpads coaxed an even louder whine that filled up the room. The rolling pins made indents within the pudginess of his delicate soles, ruthlessly stimulating each and every nerve within them. The tickling sensation inflicted upon his feet was surging through his whole body, a feeling of tingliness that he never could have imagined. There was no way he could plead, or bargain. His vocal chords were fully booked by the powerful, tormented laughter that remained consistent.

Ern could have rolled the pinwheel against those bare paws forever, the sight of the writhing toes and soles so enticing. Thankfully, mercy was eventually delivered for the poor Bui, albeit after his voice had already become coarse. His laughter was overshadowed by three loud knocks on the front door, disturbing the pair of torturers.

‘What the…? Who the hell could that be?’ Ern replied, annoyed that his Buizel abuse had been interrupted.

‘Ehh...whoever the hell it is, just leave it, they’ll go…’ Terry’s response was cut off by a further round of knocking, five loud bangs on the door.

‘Ah go and tell them to piss off, Terry! I can’t let anything drown out the sound of my boys suffering!’

‘Ugh, don’t let them make a noise!’ The Scorbunny muttered under his breath, annoyed as he reluctantly walked to the door to tell their visitor to immediately depart. He shouted through the closed door. ‘We’re not in! Sod off!’

‘Oh, sir! I’m very sorry to bother you but…; A soft, feminine voice spoke to Terry through the door, at least until it was interrupted.

‘Didn’t you hear? We’re not interested, go! Away!’

‘B-but, sir, I’m selling cakes to raise money for the local explorer clubs!’

The bunny became angry and soon cracked the door open, poking his head around to make his position more clear. The girl at the door was a young Pikachu, dressed in a white shirt and black skirt, her eyes magnified by a pair of square glasses. A bow tie adorned her head and she had a ribbon around her ankle, although her footpaws were bare. Her cute uniform wasn’t making any difference to Terry, however, who spoke to her rudely in his usual demeanor.

‘We don’t like cakes around here! Back in my day you rats left people’s property when you were told!’

‘Hmph! I am not a rat! It’s fine if you’re not interested, but there’s no reason to talk to a girl like that!’ The Pikachu replied, pouting and looking upset.

‘Actually, yes there is! Bye now!’ Terry sternly replied before slamming the door in the girl’s face. He waited for a few seconds, and when it became clear that the young one wasn’t going to continue talking back, he returned to the torture room to vent at his partner. ‘Kids these days, man...if it weren’t a girl I would have given them a thick ear!’

‘You can’t be letting girl scouts make you that angry, Terry. Remember the cookie incident. You got five years-’

‘I remember, now shut up and get back to work! They’ve received way too much of a break already.’

‘A-actually, I would have liked a cake…’ Damo said innocently, but his torturer was far from interested in engaging him about bakery. ‘D-did she have victoria sponge, or maybe chocohohohohhohahahaa!!’

‘Maybe I’ll get you a cake if you’re still conscious this time tomorrow! And don’t think I’ve forgotten about you either!’ Ern shouted at Tobe, who was trying to avoid focusing on his friend’s torture. Whilst Damo continued receiving the pinwheel, the Meowth was given a more personal touch - sharp, pointed Weavile claws skittering all over his tender soles as he was taunted. 'No more breaks, just foot tickles that ain't gonna stop~'

At least Tobe no longer had to feel guilty about his enjoyment of Damo's pinwheeling. Ern's claws were previously pointy, and delighted in stroking roughly right across the Meowth's sole pads. It only took a few minutes for Tobe's laughter to rival Damo's in volume, filling the room with a duet of delightfully ticklish voices. It was difficult for the Weavile to pick where to look - with four pudgy soles and twelve wiggling toes at his mercy, he was spoilt for choice.

'Does kitty like that? Having those big bare feet tickle tortured and not being able to stop it? Hmm?' Ern cruelly teased as he looked at the Meowth's blushy, strained face. 'You wanted fairness and you got it, you're suffering right alongside your little friend~'

As their helpless feet were ravaged by the evil tickles, Damo and Tobe occasionally turned to look at each other. Neither of them knew exactly why, but it did help them endure the power of the foot torture. Maybe Damo was comforted by seeing his former tormentor's weakness, and Tobe was comforted by the continuing friendliness of the Buizel. Damo would have been well within his right to curse Tobe for life and leave him behind, but the Bui was adamant about them suffering together. No man left behind, not that either man could go anywhere whilst in bondage.

Just as the poor boys were about to be driven to insanity by the stimulation, they received another welcome interruption - a further, louder bout of knocking on the door.  They both sighed with relief within seconds of hearing the knocks, splaying and wiggling their toes to try and soothe the tingling once the Weavile paused.

‘Oh, for god’s sake! If this is about cakes again, I swear…’ Terry immediately burst into rage and paced towards the door. Unlike the last time, he poked his head around straight away, expecting another girl scout. ‘What!? What is it now!!!’

It wasn’t a small Pikachu meeting him at the door this time, however. A much larger figure stood over him, taller and pudgier, and dressed in a full beige uniform. It was an angry, anthropomorphic Popplio, the round pink nose acting as a contrast to the very furious expression on their face. They had normal hand and foot paws, although the feet were clad in leather boots. A typical aquatic Popplio tail swished behind them. They leaned over the bunny to intimidate him as they spoke.

‘Excuse me, sir. But I’ve just received word from one of my girls that you acted in a rather abusive manner to her. Is this correct?’

‘Oh for fu...I just told her to go away!’ Terry insisted, having to tilt his head up a fair bit to speak to the tall Popplio. ‘You tell your girls to stop trying to push cakes onto people who don’t want ‘em!’

‘Do you feel it’s acceptable to verbally abuse a young girl working for charity? If I told you your words had reduced her to tears, would you be willing to apologize?

‘Pfft, apologize? Do you think I’m some kind of fool?’

‘No, I think you’re an old prick.’ The Popplio responded instantly, taking some pleasure in enraging the Scorbunny. An attempt to slam the door angrily was blocked by their boot, which remained firmly in the way of the bunny’s attempts to end the conversation. ‘All I’m asking for is an apology...or other compensation.’

‘Compensation?’

‘A generous donation to the local fund of course. The opportunity to receive cakes in return has long passed though, sorry.’

‘What!? You think I’m made of money? Get your damn foot out of the door!’

‘Gimme some money and maybe I’ll think about it…’

‘Argh...E-Ern! Get over here!’ The bunny became flustered at losing an argument with a Popplio, and sought backup from his partner, despite Ern not being in the mood.

‘Deal with it yourself, I’m busy here!’ The Weavile shouted.

‘Ern! Now!’

‘Grr…’ Ern muttered as he turned to go to the door. ‘You boys don’t move! Oh, that’s right, you can’t! Ha!’

Damo and Tobe were making the most of their break, only wishing that they were able to rub their feet together to get rid of the lingering tickle. They had caught their breath, and Tobe felt it necessary to try and apologize further.

‘Damo, I’m so sorry about getting you into this…’

‘Ahh, it’s fine, please! You don’t have to apologize.’ Damo responds, ’Maybe at first I was angry, but, now I guess I can see the less criminal side of you…’

‘Yeah, but I shouldn't have gotten you involved with the criminal side! As soon as we’re out of here, I’ll make sure you’re all sorted out and you never have to be around me again!’

‘Well, I mean...I don’t wanna just leave you…’ Damo looks at Tobe and blushes slightly. ‘Even though I really shouldn't trust you, you’ve still been kinda nice to me...and it’s not like tickles are the worst thing that could have happened to us… maybe….’

‘You’re talking silly, you’re just emotional because of this situation. Once we’re free then-’

‘Once we’re free then you can prove to me that you want to be nice to me still, and that doesn’t involve us leaving each other!' Damo became surprisingly insistent, his voice taking on a louder tone as he tried to be the bigger boy and calm the Meowth down. 'I g-guess we’re friends now...and if you prove I can still trust you, then that’s how it’ll stay!’

‘O-okay, if you say so…’

‘...And I’ve always thought Meowths were cute too so…’

The sudden confession made Tobe blush even brighter. Was Damo really so willing to forgive him? Even if it was just because of his cute cat nature? They both remained speechless for a bit, Damo avoiding any awkward eye contact, before a noise from the back room disturbed them.

‘Oh, they’re coming back…’ Damo whimpers, ‘It was a nice conversation at least…’

‘No they’re not...I can still hear them shouting at whoever’s at the door.’ Indeed, muffled screaming and swearing could be heard through the wall as the front door argument continued. However, there was now a definite source of noise from the room behind them too. It sounded like someone searching, ruffling, ransacking. A shuffle of coins or jewelry colliding could be heard every few seconds.

‘I-is there a third one?’ Damo whispers.

‘I’ve never known there to be...but still, we shouldn’t try and attract their attention. They could be even more dangerous, even more sadistic...who knows what they’re capable of…’ Tobe muttered, soon to be interrupted by the sudden and loud sound of an unfamiliar voice from just behind them.

‘Hi!’

The shock of the voice almost made both of the boys scream, but Tobe managed to restrain himself. Damo came out with a muted whimper. The pair looked up as much as they could in their restraints, and saw the thankfully unthreatening and small figure of the Pikachu girl, whose voice they had briefly heard earlier on the receiving end of the Scorbunny’s abuse.

‘I’m guessing that you two aren’t chained up here out of choice, hmm?’ She said as she paced to the side, allowing the bound pair to get a better look at her.

‘Wh-who are you?’ Tobe asked.

‘Lisa! But time for questions later, I’ve already spent way too long snooping around.’ the Pikachu giggled to herself, appearing unusually confident. 'I'd better get you two out of here.'

‘Th-there’s no time!’ Tobe sadly insisted. ‘These bindings are very tight, you’ll never figure out how to get them off-o...oh…’’

The Meowth’s hopelessness was quickly put to rest as he felt the cuffs around his ankles open up, noticing that Lisa was holding a large key.

‘That bunny isn’t smart enough to keep his keys safe. And now that I’ve got ‘em, he’s gonna have a hard time torturing any more boys like you.’ Despite the tense situation, Lisa’s demeanor remained confident and calm, unlocking Damo’s restraints and managing to free both of the boys in a matter of seconds. ‘Now come this way, quickly… I think Kath is running out of insults now.’

-------------------------

Kath, the distractingly angry Popplio, had put up a valiant effort to keep Terry and Ern engaged in argument for the whole time that her protege was thieving. Although Ern was standing there, he was not in the mood to join in much of the argument, and so simply leaned against the door frame hoping to get back to his captives soon enough.  Just as the Popplio was about to resort to the ultimate insult - making fun of the Scorbunny’s ears - she was joined by Lisa, running in from the side and putting on her best anxious girl scout voice again.

‘Oh, please don’t give them the time of day, miss! I’ll be fine, honest, let’s try and sell our cakes in the next town!’ She says, wide-eyed.

‘Yeah, do what the girl says!’ Terry shouts, ‘And tell the rat not to come here again!’

As much as Kath wanted to continue the argument for fun, her work had been done.

‘Very well, Lisa, I tire of speaking to horrible old men like these… Let’s go.’

Kath and Lisa both quickly return to a bicycle-drawn carriage waiting at the side of the cabin. Kath jumps onto the bike and begins cycling whilst Lisa gets in the back, resting her hand on a suspiciously large cloth covering a pile of goods. The Scorbunny sees them off with more shouting and waving of his fists as they quickly cycle away.

‘Yeah, that’s right! Get outta here while you still can! It’s a good job you didn’t talk shit about my ears!’ Terry shouts, Ern already retreating back into the cabin. ‘I swear, you try and politely decline these door to door sellers and you just get hassled and hassled…’

‘Terry!’ Ern shouted from inside the cabin.

‘Yeah, yeah, I’m comin’!’

‘No, Terry...where the HELL are my toys…?’

‘Wha? What do you mea-’ Terry walked back into the main room to witness what Ern was so frantic about - a completely empty set of chains and a saddening lack of soft boys restrained in them. Within seconds of realizing they’d been had, Terry let out an enormous shout of anger, so loud that Kath and Lisa could hear it as they sped away from the scene of the crime.

—-----------------------

‘What the hell took you so long in there, Lisa? My voice is hoarse from all the shouting!’ Kath says, the Popplio cycling energetically and getting them safely away from their targets.

‘You’ll never guess, Kath! They weren’t alone in there, they were torturing two others, a Buizel and a Meowth! So of course, I had to free them and stuff them in the back so that they-’

‘You WHAT!?’ Kath suddenly slammed on the brakes, nearly sending the bike tumbling over and causing Lisa to nearly get flung out. ‘What do you mean, they’re in the back!? Who are they!?’

‘Relax! They seem friendly, and I couldn’t just leave them there…’ Lisa pulls off the large cloth to reveal Damo and Tobe laying atop the pile of stolen valuables, curled up into a ball. Kath got a good look at them, both nervously looking up as they lay snugly to fit themselves on the carriage.

‘You two! What are your names! What were you doing there!?’

‘I-I...I’m...er..’ Damo stuttered with anxiety as he attempted to respond, leaving the Meowth to speak on his behalf.

‘I’m Tobe, and my friend here is Damo… We were being tortured back there, Lisa saved our lives! Please don’t be mad at her!’

‘Hmm... ‘ Kath looked over the Meowth suspiciously, unsure of whether to trust his account. They knew never to trust a Meowth, and there must have been some connection between him.and the criminals. However, they couldn’t help but take pity on Damo, who was visibly shaken and remained curled up on the pile. It was possible that the Meowth was acting, but Kath knew genuine anxiety when they saw it.

‘Buizel boy...Damo, was it? Is this cat telling the truth, or is he trouble? If you need help, we can deal with him…’

‘N-no no! Tobe is my friend! He was trying to help! We’re both hugely grateful for the rescue, but we don’t want to bother you any longer…’

‘Actually! Me and Damo do kinda need somewhere to stay for a bit...if you know anywhere?’ Tobe interrupted, patting Damo’s cheek as if to signal for him to stay quiet.

‘Oh, I don’t mind if you stay in my cabin for a few nights! If that’s ok with Kath…’

‘Hmm...I’ll allow it, but I’m not happy about it. One wrong move from them and you let me know, Lisa, that’s an order… And we’ll discuss it in much more detail when we get there.’ Kath reluctantly agreed as they began cycling again, with Lisa getting excited.

‘Ooh, I’ve never had boys like you two round before, it’ll be fun!’ Lisa seemed ecstatic at the sleepover plans, and Tobe was happy to be trusted, but Damo remained worried.

‘So, uh...wh-what WERE you two doing at that place? Are you just thieves?’ the Buizel asked.

‘We’re scavengers! So...yeah...thieves! But we’re nothing to do with the Thieves Guild or any fancy stuff like that, me and Kath work together alone.’ Lisa explained. Tobe breathed a sigh of relief at hearing that, as the Thieves Guild knew a little too much about him already. But first things first, are you two okay? He wasn’t doing anything too bad to you, was he?’

‘Oh no no, we’re fine, honest!’ Damo replied.

‘What was it? Did he have a blowtorch? Waterboarding?’

‘Uhh no...nothing like that…’ Damo nervously smiled, the truth being slightly more embarrassing than her guesses. ‘He was doing...erm...things to our feet and…’

‘Ooh, feet! That makes sense, you’ve both got cute feet!’

‘Eeeehh...th-thanks?’ Damo replied, him and Tobe both taken aback slightly by that comment. The Bui's toes curled up just a little.

‘Let me guess, hot wax? Bastinado? A lot of criminals like whipping feet now…’

‘He just tickled us!’ Tobe replied, becoming both uneasy and curious about the Pikachu's knowledge of torture.

‘Hah! Tickling? You boys got that teary-eyed and scared over some foot tickling?' Lisa put on a babyish, teasing voice. Aww, have you two got ticklish cute soles?’

‘Aaah! Y-yes!’ Damo blushed deeply. Was he ever going to meet anyone who didn’t seem interested in torturing his feet? ‘If…if I might ask...how do you know so much about torture…?’

‘Ooh, we all have our secrets, don’t we? Maybe if you boys try anything silly I can show you exactly what I know… Kidding, obviously!’

‘Hah! Very funny…’ Tobe awkwardly responded. He wanted to learn more, but maybe now wasn’t the time, with Damo still clearly so shook from his session. ‘M-maybe we can talk more about it when we get to your place?’

'Oh, we'll talk plenty!' Lisa said excitedly as she scoured through the pile of riches she had retrieved from Terry's lair. 'Once you two have recovered, of course!'

Damo and Tobe weren't exactly feeling fully confident, but they were ecstatic to at least be on their way to somewhere safe, and hopefully with two protectors that they could trust. They relaxed for the remainder of the journey, until their carriage pulled up to a pair of buildings - a charming cottage and a small wooden cabin, both in front of a wonderful sunset view.

'You two can stay with me in the cabin, for tonight at least!' Lisa jumped out of the carriage and started heading towards her homestead, 'It's bigger inside than it looks!

Damo and Tobe climbed out behind her, and began to follow her as she ran into the cabin, however they were abruptly stopped in their tracks by the stern voice of the Popplio.

'You two! Stay quiet, stay inside, and behave, you hear?' Kath said, with the tone of an annoyed parent.

'Of course! You won't even know we are here, I promise!' Tobe bowed slightly, putting his gentleman facade back on.

'Hmmm…and one more thing. I've been looking after Lisa for nearly two decades now. You have no idea what she has been through. If you dare do anything to hurt or betray her…well, enjoy your last moments of having an intact head. Understood?'

'Y-yes, understood…' Damo gulped, a little upset at the assumption that they would try to hurt her.

'Oh, that was intended much more for the cat…' The protective Popplio said, glaring at Tobe. 'You get yourselves off to bed now. We'll figure something out in the morning…'

The Meowth and the Buizel wandered towards their new hideout, both wondering what exactly they were going to find out about the mysterious Pokemon that had taken them in...and maybe, what they were going to find out about each other…

Today is Buizel Day! A celebration of the best and softest Pokemon around, and it seemed like a fitting time to upload the next chapter in the tale of Damo being cute and being tormented. Him and meowth friend Tobe are caught up in a ruthlessly ticklish situation, but an unlikely interruption may be the key to rescue from their torture~

The thumbnail is from my dear Azazelbun (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/azazelbun)

Have a Bui-tastic day

A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one XD

The way you've changed Tobe from basically villian to (antihero? I honestly don't know the correct word for it XD) worked really well imo, and I wasn't expecting the way this chapter ended at all, so unsurprisingly this is another 10/10 from me <3 Awesome story ;p I just hope this doesn't mean the end for Damo's tickling X3

I also had no idea that today was Buizel day, I have no idea why it is tho XD

rest assured its not the end for their tickling~ merely a moment's respite :3
im not sure why Bui Day is 4/30, but for me, every day is bui day :D

(No idea why I forgot to reply lol)

Yeah I've never found a reason as to why it's buizel day on 4/30, kinda weird if you ask me lol
