Saw Sonic 2 recently, I quite liked it and felt like making something. Tails was great in the film, they did right by him and Knuckles too. Only bits I felt were a bit out of place were the dance off and the bit at the hotel near the end, started to feel like a Adam Sandler tier commercial for that resort, but at least the dance scene had humourous moments and helped build Sonic and Tails bond and show Tails technical genius, and the wedding subplot introduced a important element that'll hopefully play a bigger part in the third movie.

Speaking of, my expectations are pretty high for the third film, if they do what I think they will, going by the post credits scene, they've got a lot of ground to cover and a few new characters to introduce, I could see some getting cut, and one area that I really hope sees a big improvement is on the inclusion of videogame music/allusions, because there's some songs I really want to see included, and currently the films have barely any of that, only ones I could think of were Tom's five second long Green Hill Zone ringtone, and Robotniks theme referencing the Adventures of Sonic the hedgehog Robotnik theme, I wonder if it's a licensing thing.

Also Sonic Origins! that's a thing, a expensive thing, but since I already got the games initial steam releases I'm good. Sadly, people in the future won't have that option since they're delisting them, boo to that, the dlc and the Denuvo! I will say it's cool to be able to play the games in a higher resolution, but the fact that it's locked to a new mode is stupid. Personally I'd only go for it if they fixed that, and Amy and Metal were playable (maybe Mighty and Ray too). Also I totally get why it wasn't included, but I'd really like if Knuckles Chaotix got a rerelease, never played it.
