About the design, you can choose your fursona or whatever you want to see in your mug, it can has a phrase or not, you are free to request the design you want, you choose it! Even if you decide, this is the default design:

How is the dynamicsof the commission of a mug?

-Send me a note (Personal message (PM) ) telling me that you want a slot
-Describe me how you want the illustration design for your mug, and tell me your e-mail (at there I'll send you the sketches and the final illustration)
-Pay via Paypal for have your slot (you can pay a part first for have your place)
-Then, I'll start working, be patient please, I'm not instantaneous, when I have your sketch, I'll send it you at your e-mail for you can approve it before coloring.
-I'll show you the final design in an e-mail for your approval before I send it to print.
-When I have your mug, I'll send you a picture of it, and you'll tell me your adress that you want the shipping
-I use to send them by registered mail, that means I'll give you the track number for you can check where your mug is.
-Above all, be patient, are unique and personalized mugs, not a factory in series.. It worths the wait.

Sobre el diseño, tu puedes escoger a tu fursona o lo que quieras ver en tu taza, puede llevar o no una frase, el diseño es totalmente libre, tu lo escoges, aunque el diseño por default es el siguiente:

¿Cómo es la dinámica de la comisión de taza?
-Mandame una nota (Note o Personal message (PM) ) diciendome que quieres una comisión
-Descríbemen cómo quieres que sea el diseño de la ilustración de tu taza, y proporcioname tu e-mail (en este te estaré enviando los bocetos y la ilustración final)
-Paga via Paypal para tener tu slot asegurado (puedes dejar a cuenta)
-Empezaré a trabajar, ten paciencia, no soy tan instantaneo, cuando tenga tu boceto, te enviaré un e-mail con el archivo adjunto para que me des el visto bueno y pueda continuar con el coloreado.
-Te muestro nuevamente por e-mail el diseño terminado con color, antes de imprimirlo quiero que lo apruebes
-Te mandaré una fotografía de tu taza impresa, entonces tu me proporcionas los datos del envío
-Lo mando por correo registrado, quiere decir que te daré un número guía para que veas por donde va tu taza. No la entregarán nadie mas que a ti.
-Sobre todo, ten paciencia, son tazas únicas y personalizadas, no una maquila. Vale la pena la espera.

What is the available level of complexity? I'd like one with my avatar typing on the computer and the text "Coffee make games come to life" There's a different level of detail between the "I * Coffee" and the squares with the avatars.
