I decided (yet again) to redo Penelope's character design entirely, mainly regarding her face and the size of her head that renders this one obsolete, linked here: https://www.deviantart.com/jennywakeman1/art/Penelope-A...

I also included her transparent versions, and two of which that don't have her wearing glasses at all, because hey! If anyone wants to draw her without her glasses, you've got to have her without said glasses on.
