amongst the non traditional easter brunch plate i had was the following: Tri-trip steak(a cut of meat that put the central coast on the map,that and all the wineries and vineyards :-) ) scrambled eggs,fried potatoes,linguica(a spicy sausage that is a favorite among the Portuguese) crumble cake muffin,and a maple doughnut :-)
