Huh...description gave the impression you were not the artist. Comparing to what else I can find of yours, if it wasn't for the distinctive tail fur I still wouldn't believe it. It really doesn't look like your other work. This is beautiful, though. Captured lightning in a bottle here.

Thank you! To be fair, i feel like as much as i tried to stick to this style when going into detail with fur, I never managed to make another one turn out like this qwq *sadge* This is my most popular drawing though~

Maybe what you need is a fresh perspective. What you managed isn't about the fur, nor do you really have any more detail here than usual. There's something about the style of the whole image that is fundamentally different. But maybe that's just the thing of it. That tail might represent what you're trying to do, since it seems to be a signature of yours, but it doesn't match the style of the rest of the image. So if that's the part you've focused on, you've been led away from what made this come out so beautiful.

I couldn't exactly put my finger on it (which is bonus points for you), but there's there's something here that conveys emotion beyond the imagery. The colors, shading, and even the strokes evoke feeling. That's why some artists are not only immediately recognizable, but become widely emulated. Because art isn't just about rendering an image. When it's special, every piece says just as much as the whole.
