A super, duper, cute full color/ shaded commission from an anonymous commissioner, with Hugs wearing her Frilly diaper cover and T-shirt and Tugs wearing his Pull-Ups. I had a ton a fun doing this one, thanks a bunch! ^_^
It was actually a very specific request by the commissioner. They wanted the same outfits from Frills and Frivolities. and tugs Pull-Ups. Which i thought was really fun! ^_^ * I did need to put that in the Desc.
