while investigating an abandoned nursery, the two dalmatian puppies find themselves surrounded by a screen with a swirl pattern on it and a swinging pendulum. the puppies find themselves unable to look away as they fell into a hypnotic trance, as they were being hypnotized they were also put in diapers and had booties on their feetpaws and bonnets tied onto their heads.
The hypnosis soon completes as the two new babies gurgled and cooed happily.
