In the first episode of the original series "Monkey See, Doggie Do", we get not only the introduction of Mojo Jojo (who would become one of the Powerpuff Girls' most popular villains), but also the Powerpuff Girls turned into dogs alongside the rest of Townsville.

Now, in the original series, everyone is turned to normal while Mojo becomes a dog after the Anubis dog head statue breaks, but what if when that happened, instead of Mojo Jojo turning into a dog, the girls and everyone else in the world were permanently turned into anthropomorphic dogs?
