Randall is very crafty and at times manipulates others to get what he wants. He has a lot of influence through his use of smooth talking and threats made against anyone who tries to stop him.

Background/History
Born in the desolate slums of Zootopia, Randall was raised in a rough neighborhood from birth. He grew up surrounded by criminals and drug dealers alike. By the time he was grown up he took an interest in chemistry and came up with the Nighthowler serum Bellwether used for her evil plan of eradicating Preds in Zootopia. After the events of her attempted coup Randall began to further his criminal enterprise by creating a newer strain of the Nighthowler drug to be used as a stimulant for various activities. Using his prior connections he soon began a drug dealing network and used decorated police officer Judy Hopps in his plans for expansion. Using his Howler drug he made her dependent on it and soon used her to gather information on police activity and intel on other competitive dealers in Zootopia.
