Meet two Old friends to Ash.
Audrey Mink and Vega Raccoon
Before Ash met Mina he had two friends Audrey and Vega. They all met in school not really the most popular or really social kids they kinda just sat next to each, until in the same day Audrey tripped over her tail, Ash and Vega helped her up and sorta began talking. They all bonded over music, designs, and a certain frowny face design Ash just doodled and they kept coming about, which became their groups icon.
Audrey: A Mink who grew up in knothole, mostly raised by her grandparents. Around the time she went to school her grandfather had fallen I'll and was unsure if he'd be ok. She was shy at the time of meeting Ash and Vega her hair covering her face most the time, but once talking with them she slowly started opening up to them, still shy around others but getting there. When Ash met Mina, Audrey had lost not just her grandfather but also her grandmother. She was heartbroken but she didn't tell Ash or Vega at the time, and not wanting to ruin their happy moments she left Knothole to try and rediscover herself.
Vega: A pretty aloof guy at first, but the moment he opens his mouth sometimes you wonder how to close it. Vega also raised in Knothole with his single mother. Didn't meet Ash until the school started up and he helped Audrey up with Ash. He was the guy who'd hear word of something and rush over to his double A's (Ash and Audrey hated this nickname) and would tell them alla bout it. He would with Ash doodle up designs sometimes talk about maybe some day building houses for people wether it be in trees or in ground. Vega had a crush on Ash, he would sit close to Ash make flirty jokes to him but Ash not knowing when he was being flirted with only laughed and joked back, which justade Vega love him more, but to his misfortune Ash met Mina, and once Audrey was gone Vega didn't have anyone to talk to about his sudden heartbreak and once Ash started dating Mina he couldn't be around and left Knothole he told Ash it was so he could follow his dream of becoming a contractor and helping people rebuild their homes but truth it was to get away and reevaluate his love life.
Returning: Audrey and Vega truly rediscovered alot about themselves Audrey becoming more outgoing and joining a small time band becoming a singer, Vega really taking to his role as a restorator and helping where he can though he doesn't stay for very long sometimes leaving when the work is only half way done. They really came into their own after awhile, they kept in touch with Ash as much as they could Ash doing the same. Sometimes Ah would send out mentions of Minas band going to be somewhere at a certain time and Ash hoping to catch up with them but gosh darn it they just missed them, so big hopes they meet again. Oh wait they do.... When Ash gets engaged to Sonic. Both Audrey and Vega rush back to the new Mobotropolis to be there for Ash's wedding to the....blue hero.
