Sorry for the confusion. So

the price for a single comic page is 10-15$ for Feral
and
15-25$ for Anthro/Kemonomimi/Human.

So a page with a Pokemon + Furry/Trainer would cost 10-25$ depending on complexity.

Backgrounds cost more because the detail has changed.
