I think its obvious that Shads likes the punishment... so... might want to mix it up a bit. Make him do 150 weighted squats... yeah, that'll be a good punishment. Plus, the growth overall will mainly be in the glutes and thighs... so... basically this whole comment could've been summed up by saying "Is ThIcC sHaDs GoNnA bE a ThInG?
