As mentioned before in a previous piece (i.e. ( link )), Nicole has a habit of scouting around for fresh talent for the Maman Chaude burlesque club, while out and about in the world; and in this particular instance, it would seem that Tandi has become her latest attempt at securing a new prospect for the troupe.
It's not likely that she'd accept Nicole's offer though, as judging by her reaction, she seems more confused about the situation than anything else (especially after being told just how impressive her "dumptruck" is).

Well, I could probably go into a lot of detail about the lore of this world, especially with regards to the economical, agricultural and technological workings of it's society; but at the end of the day, it's really ultimately a fantasy and probably shouldn't be taken to such a serious degree. =p
