Herculaneum is dressed up is some sort of egyptain garb so it'll help him embrace his Anubis connections a bit more.

inspired by some fan art featuring Lucarios and Riolus wearing this. Apparently its a new Lucario skin from Pokemon Unite.

also i tried to make Herc's eyes resemble an actual Riolu's a bit more.
