I had heard of the sad passing of the mitofox when I woke up last Thursday early morning on Patty's Day, and I could not believe of what I have read that it actual happened.
He and I had chatted online like a long time ago (possibly a decade or so? gawd it felt like long ago....), and I was happy that he had recently joined on the Leotard Brigade for his character, Solarfox. It is a tragedy that someone that you know, and talk to with will one day die.

I had decided, at first, that I would draw a portrait of Solarfox. But instead, to really honor him in memory, I drew his heroic character fly in orbit around a sun-like star as if Mito's spirit is soaring around the Sun seeing the vast beauty of space.
I bet he would've liked this if he were alive with a smile on his face.

R.I.P. Mitofox/Jullian Ho. Your legacy will not be forgotten, and you will always be a member of the Leotard League in our hearts. May you fly free, and far with stars shine all around you eternally.
