Reed is one of the eldest of Riley's. Quite shy, or he just wants to sneak around quietly, which he's really good at. Also he really likes using those silenced rifles. :p Curiously, he was also born with dark fur (similar to male Meowstic's) that also helps him blend in quite a bit when dark.
Although, when it comes to interacting females or seeing any naked flesh, he locks up quite bad...
