Character Description

He loves balloons! He chases any balloon or inflatable in sight, and loves to hand them out. He loves to play with them and to sometimes pop them. He himself could turn into balloon/inflatable, but rarely. Fxy was based on a fox plush toy I had.

Body

He has a large white spot on his belly and butt. He is short. He wears high heels, and sometimes likes to wear other female clothes. He is usually seen blushing.
