Oh well, I'm sure she'll figure out something to do for lunch soon; after all, coyotes are impeccable hunters, and are especially effective against a wide variety of "roach coaches", "burger vans" and other types of "lunch wagon" based fauna.
And that's especially true for this mother-to-be, who won't be stopped in her hunt for a meal, come hell or high carbohydrates. X3
